Then proceeded to charge me $10 for 30 seconds worth of work. When I inquired as to why my bill was so high, that's when he informed me of the fee. Not before. He should have told me there would be a fee prior to performing what I thought would be a courtesy service for a paying customer. RIP OFF!!!
